Top Four Ways to Get Rid Of Oily Skin

Not everyone has a normal skin type and although there are some people who have a combination of different skin types on different parts of their body most people tend to have either dry or oily skin. Although younger women are more likely to have normal skin but with time their skin types may begin to change. The type of skin you have will vary depending on a number of factors such as water content, oil (lipid) content and sensitivity levels. One particular skin type most women have trouble dealing with is oily skin also known as Seborrhea. Everyone has sebaceous glands that produce oil to keep the skin protected however for some people (particularly women) these gland produce more oil than normal which results in enlarged pores, dull or shiny skin tone and sometimes a thick complexion. This may result to other conditions such as blackheads, pimples or other blemishes which become worse as a result of stress, exposure to heat, poor diet and even due to exposure to too much humidity. If you want to get rid of oily skin  here are a four skin care regimes you could try.

Cleansers
A gel cleanser is the best facial cleanser to use and will provide you with a deep follicular cleansing leaving your skin feeling fresh and soft. You are best advised to avoid any cream cleanser as it will leave a thin layer on your face which can worsen your oily skin problems. Avoid using soaps that are not designed for your oily skin as they tend to leave your skin dry. You should also consider washing your skin no more than twice a day.

Clay Masks
Clay masks are great for oily skin as they do not only soak up all the dirt and grease but will also unclog pores. It is recommended that you use a clay mask at least once a week to minimize the appearance of pores.  Ensure that the mask does not dry completely to the point it starts to flake, this will draw all the moisture out of your skin causing dehydration and irritation. Then once a week use an exfoliated scrub to remove the dead skin cells as well as the oil and dirt that accumulate on your skin. The granules within the scrub are effective in clearing large pores when gently massage into your skin. Choose a product that containing Alpha hydroxyl acids (AHAs) which

In Pursuit of Happiness

Happiness… what is happiness? An intense emotion of joy or contentment, based on an individual’s understanding or perception of what may bring him or her to that respective state. Like a fingerprint some may come slightly close but never the same, perhaps the same is said about happiness for where one person may find pleasure or joy another person only sees pain and misery. Therefore happiness is a personal journey that you can only achieve on your own accord. Achieving happiness now that’s a different thing altogether, we do not always get what we want nor do we always want what we get and as the great Greek philosopher, Socrates once said, “he who is not content with what he has would not be content with what he would like to have.”

Finding contentment with what you have is the first step towards happiness, knowing that whatever you have is enough. The grass will always be greener on the other side but what most people do not realize is that the person on the other side is probably thinking the same thing. Your effort is rightly reflected in your rewards, at times it may not seem as much but with time it will seem more than enough. Contentment should be the foundation on which you should build your happiness upon, it is not only stable but enduring. Contentment, in an overall sense, is being thankful for all you have and for all the past events that have led you to where you are.

The pursuit of happiness sometimes requires yours set up four walls to protect you from suffering and any event that can take you off your journey. These include;

Pleasant Environment; happiness is infectious when you surrounding yourself with happy people you are bound to be a happier person. In pursuit of happiness it is important not to spend your day

The Dibru-Saikhowa National Park with its exquisite natural beauty is renowned world over for its diversity of wildlife and the largest forest swamp in the North-East Asia. The park is situated 10km north from Tinsukia district in Assam. The Dibru-Saikhowa National Park covers an area of 340 sq kms between the Lohit and the Dibru rivers. The park was declared a sanctuary in 1986 and elevated to a National Park in 1999. Home to over 36 species of mammal as well as over 382 species of birds, the park was initially a sanctuary for the Whitewinged wood ducks in their natural habitat. However, it is popular for their Feral Horses that roam the park. The Feral horses are commonly known as Janghali ghura and there are over 79 feral horses that are found in Assam. The reason for their popularity is based on the fact that their actual origins are not known, however some have concluded that they are descendants of the horses that escaped the army camps during World War II. The Ferah horses together with the Tigers, Asian Elephants and the Red Giant Flying Squirrel, I believe make up the big four mammals of Dibru-Saikhowa National park. Tourist will also enjoy seeing the Hoolock Gibbon, Gangentic River Dolphins and Wild Buffalos which are just as popular in the Assam tourism sector.

The Dibru-Saikhowa National Park is open throughout the year however the best time to visit would be around November to April. The park has no road for vehicles; this requires visitors to hire small motorized boats to travel within the park or a guide to walk them through some of the areas situated in the park. If you would like to stay longer, you can always find accommodations a few kilometers

Getting your tattoo removed it something most people today would consider doing. A recent survey conducted by the British Association of Dermatologists’ conference was base on over 600 people over a six month period. But only half of the one third respondents would consider getting their tattoos removed. Tattoos have grown in popularity over the past year and can be seen in all shapes and sizes on professional athletes to celebrities. Laser tattoo removal is more popular as it can be tailored to suit each individual case as each tattoo is unique on its own. The number of treatments may vary depending on the age of the patient, size and colour of the tattoo as well as whether the tattoo was done by a professional or not. The colour of the patient’s skin as well as the depth to which the tattoo pigment extends will affect the removal technique and the number of visits. It is easier to remove a tattoo on a dark complexion than on a lighter complexion. Most patients do not require any anesthesia for the treatment and once the treatment is done, a bandage or patch is used to protect the site. However of a patient should experience pain , the physician may elect to use some form of anesthesia such as topic cream anesthesia cream or a painkiller is injected during the procedure.

Some patients may experience some side effects associated with laser removal such as

     1   .    Infection which may lead to a permanent scar
2   .    Hypopigmentation where the treated kin is lighter than the surrounding skin
