Banana Foot Bath
Banana is rich in vitamins and
antioxidants that protect and heal damaged skin and cracked heels. Banana
exfoliates your skin removing dead skin cells at the same time moisturizing
your feet. To prepare a banana foot bath, blend or mash up one banana with 2
cup of warm water until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a small basin or
bucket and place your feet into the solution. Allow you feet to soak in the mixture for 20 minutes. Then rub the solution
over your toes and heels for about 2 minutes using a pumice stone. Then rinse
off with water and moisturize.
Oatmeal and Olive Oil Foot Bath
Oatmeal powder cleanses and
exfoliates your skin removing dead skin cells and moisturizing your skin.
Oatmeal powder has antibacterial properties that will treat itchy feet and heel
wound. Olive oil is a moisturizer that is used to prevent dry and itchy feet.
To prepare mix ½ a cup of oat meal powder and a table spoon of olive oil and
add 3 cup of warm water. Then pour the mixture into a small basin or bucket and
place your feet into the solution. Allow you feet to soak in
the mixture for 20 minutes. Then rub the solution over your feet for about 2
minutes using a pumice stone. Then rinse off with water and moisturize.
Honey Foot Bath
Honey has moisturizing and
antibacterial properties that deal with cracked and itchy feet. To prepare
dissolve 3 table spoons of honey in 3 cups of warm water. Then pour the mixture
into a small basin or bucket and place your feet into the solution. Allow you feet to soak in the mixture for 20 minutes. Then rub the
solution over your toes and heels for about 2 minutes using a pumice stone.
